  We have been using Performance for over 7 years, the service is fantastic, reliable, fast, and very affordable. The house doesn't smell like chemicals or sprays like other services, just plain clean. Chris is like a family friend now, we talk about our dogs and kids. Also no need to wait for a 2 hour window for someone to show up, Performance books specified times and has yet to disappoint us.

  Chris Lind (owner) did a beautiful job cleaning our carpeting throughout the entire house. He was very professional and thorough. We will certainly use him again.

  This was my first time using Performance. I had seen their van in the neighborhood, and decided to look them up on the internet. My carpets were in dire need of a thorough cleaning, so the job was not an easy one. Chris at Performance was very personable, straight-forward, and reasonable. They came out as agreed upon, and were completed with the work within two hours. This included 5 rooms, a hallway, and two sofas. Before any work was done, Chris made sure all parties agreed to the price, which was very reasonable. I came home yesterday after 8 hours and didn't even recognize my condo, the clean carpets made the place so much lighter. I will definitely use them again and recommend their services to family and friends.

  I have been using Performance Carpet Cleaners for 5 years or more now.The owner (Chris) is very personable, does meticulous work and has great people working for him.We have Performance Carpet Cleaners clean our carpets at our store on ogden ave at least 2x a year as they get lots of foot traffic.When their done it smells great and looks great too.Thank You !
