  Don't waste your time. Matthew's painting was recommended to us by a neighbor. Matthew came by to give us a quote, but after looking at his quote I realized he missed some work I wanted to have done, and added things I didn't want done. I called him several times to try to have him update the quote, but he was extremely difficult to reach. When we finally did connect and he set up a time to re-evaluate the job, he never showed up for the appointment and didn't call to explain. His customer service skills are terrible and his prices were not that competitive. He may do good work, but we couldn't find out.
