  I've lived at now named The Clarendon Apartment Homes for ten years and since Trinity bought the property I couldn't be happier. From day one Trinity started with much needed improvement's to the property but the biggest improvement has to be Josh the maintenance man, we've gone nine years without a maintenance man and he has his hands full yet never complains, he is extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. Speaking of polite and professional brings me to Christine the property manager, she's the hardest worker here, she runs the whole property single handed, totally hands on and really cares about her residents and the property. I think of Christine more like a neighbor than the boss of the complex, after all with her long hours she practically lives here.
